Top 5 Concerts of 2010
1. Delhi 2 Dublin (Sept 2010)
It was an all-ages-all-kinds awesome dance party. Check out my poor quality video for the story. And they're coming to Folk Fest in 2011. It'll be epic.

2. Natalie MacMaster and Donnell Leahy (Feb 2010)
Given my past obsession with Leahy, this concert was bound to be magical in a nostalgic kind of way. And it was.

3. Michael Franti (July 2010)
Another happy singing and dancing and clapping sunshiny evening with Franti and friends. Doesn't get much better.

4. Rankin Sisters (Dec 2010) and Barra MacNeils (Nov 2010) Christmas Concerts
I waited a decade or more to see these celtic Christmas shows and they were both fantastic. The CDs are great, and the families humble and funny - I'd see these shows again in a heartbeat.

5. Marian Call (May 2010)
Ok, so this house concert was kinda awkward in a super nerdy kinda way, but it was a really neat experience to attend a house concert and get up close and personal with a musician.

Honourable Mention: Canadian Country Music Awards (Sept 2010)

I'm looking forward to whatever music 2011 throws at me. Bring on the concerts. Bring on the dancing. Bring on the singing. Bring on the better camera! And the Folk Fest line up is shaping up to be fantastic as usual. I can't wait...
